There are some replacements : CFUUID/NSUUID, Vendor ID or Advertising ID.

UUID is saved in user defaults. some can be backup and restore to another device.
Vendor ID and Advertising ID are related to device, so CANNOT be restored to another device.
Advertising ID is the most similar with the old UDID.
Ad-ID is the same for different vendors of a same device.
But it would be reset when user wipe/erase the device.
